Alongside my doula work, I have created a free birth preparation toolkit available on my website, including practical guides on birth planning, labour positions, hospital bag preparation, newborn behaviour and the fourth trimester.

My support packages range from £150 to £1,550, depending on the level of support required. I limit the number of families I work with to ensure each client receives focused, relationship-based care.
