I'm Fiona, founder of Matrilore Doula Care. I've trained with Abuela Doulas. I've previously worked in product development, before realising my pull was towards people and understanding what someone needs to move through something hard.

As a Black woman, I'm committed to showing up for my community with presence and expertise. I work with the capable woman doing this without her village—the second-timer, the high-achiever, for whom this is the first thing that's beaten her.

Matrilore means knowledge passed through the maternal line. I believe the wisdom and strength you need is already inside you. My job is to help you remember what you carry through grounding, deep listening, and presence.

I currently offer support during pregnancy, and the postpartum weeks. You deserve someone fully in your corner.
