Keturah is a trained birth keeper, birth doula, and postnatal doula serving families across Blackburn, Preston, Bolton, and Manchester. Providing dedicated support and advocacy tailored to the needs of Black and Brown women

I trained with Mars Lord as an Abuela Doula. My work is grounded in culturally safe care that honours and centres you, alongside the diversity of your birthing traditions and cultural practices. I believe that birth is a sacred, transformative space that deserves to be held with care, respect, and love. Alongside this, I have also studied birth biomechanics with Shellie Poulter and childbirth physiology with Dr. Rachel Reed, allowing me to provide you with practical tools and research-informed guidance.

Whether we’re preparing you for birth, navigating a hospital or home birth. My goal is to ensure you feel informed, confident, empowered and heard in your choices and needs every step of the way.
