My name is Simone, and I bring over 15 years of experience working in the VAWG (Violence Against Women and Girls) sector, advocating for the safety, dignity, and empowerment of women. Throughout my career, I have been deeply committed to supporting vulnerable women and ensuring their voices are heard, especially during times of crisis.

As a mother of two beautiful girls, my personal journey as a Black woman navigating pregnancy and motherhood has further strengthened my passion for this work. These lived experiences continue to inspire and drive my dedication to supporting women and their families with compassion, understanding, and culturally aware care.

I am the founder of H.E.R Birth Keeper, where Healing, Empowerment, and Restoration are at the heart of every antenatal and postpartum journey I support. My services include antenatal sessions for both parents, as well as emotional and practical postpartum care, including debriefing sessions.

My approach is rooted in education and empowerment. I ensure my clients feel confident, informed, and supported to make decisions that are safe and right for both mother and baby. I believe that when women are equipped with knowledge and supported holistically, they are better able to navigate their journey with strength and confidence.
