Whether you’re preparing for birth or adjusting to life with your new baby, I offer compassionate, evidence-based care that nurtures the whole family emotionally, mentally, and practically.

We often talk about pregnancy and labour, but my care continues well after birth. From emotional guidance and mental health support to hands-on help and informed decision-making, I’m committed to helping your transition into parenthood feel smooth, joyful, and empowering.

Regardless of your birth plan, your faith background, or the number of babies, I’m here to hold space for you — to listen, guide, and encourage you as you find confidence in your choices. My work is rooted in compassion and faith, but it’s also open and inclusive to every family I serve. I also have a number of faith based birth resources exclusively on Etsy.
