Deja Osei-West

Hi, I’m Déjà – the heart and hands behind Deee.Doula, your dedicated birth keeper and perinatal ally. I’m based in London (and open to travel), and have had the honour of working under the guidance of Mamadinya, which has deeply shaped my approach to holding space, advocacy, and culturally centred care. I’ve always known my purpose is rooted in serving women—especially Black women—through one of the most sacred, transformative journeys of their lives: birth.

My work is more than a profession; it’s a divine calling. I believe every woman deserves to feel seen, heard, and held throughout her perinatal experience. I’m here to be your advocate, your comfort, your voice of reason, and your sister in strength.

At Deee.Doula, I centre Black motherhood unapologetically. Our stories, traditions, needs, and power matter. I’m committed to sharing knowledge, building community, and walking alongside you and your support system with compassion and clarity. Together, we’ll reclaim birth as a powerful, intuitive, and joy-filled experience.
