I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Birth and Postnatal Doula based in East London, a mother of three, and someone deeply committed to supporting families through pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

My own journeys into motherhood; from hospital to homebirth, shaped the way I now support others. With a calm presence, quiet confidence, and a deep trust in each family’s unique path. With over a decade of experience as a Clinical Pharmacist in the NHS, I understand how the maternity system works, but also where it can fall short.

In the UK, Black women are still significantly more likely to experience poorer outcomes in maternity care. Because of this, I believe advocacy, informed choice, and being truly listened to are essential...not optional! My role is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and supported to make decisions that feel right for you. I gently hold space, offer evidence-based information, and support you in using your voice with confidence.

I have supported a wide range of births, including physiological births, VBACs, and caesareans. My approach is calm, nurturing, and deeply respectful.
